Refund policy
Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns on those items.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at wellnessandwildflowersmarket@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. If the product is found to be defective, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items:
All personal care products, including skincare, are non-returnable. We also cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom items, sale items, or gift cards.
Shipping to the EU:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unopened and in original condition with proof of purchase.
