Shipping policy

Processing Times

We carefully pack and ship your order within 2–4 business days. During busy seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We primarily ship through USPS (United States Postal Service) for reliable and affordable delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. If needed, we may occasionally use UPS or another carrier to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Local pickup may be available at our farm stand. If offered, you’ll see this option at checkout. We will contact you by email or phone to confirm your pickup details.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States. Some products, such as live plants or fresh produce, may not be eligible for shipping depending on state regulations or perishability. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your delivery’s progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to file a claim or offer a replacement, if possible.
